Hi Val and Jill
I have not been on here for a few days, not been too good myself, still have pins and needles in hand, neck rubbish, Val sorry you are feeling down, but like you say the sun is shining, look after yourself.

Jill, Sorry you are having problems, like sharon says, i am glad my children are grown up, look after yourself. ((((Hugs to all))))

Hi Val
I think you are right, i feel the cold terribly now of an evening, i dress like old granny grunt. Bed socks, my dressing gown, water bottle, but i wear a thin nighty, cannot stand those thick ones, stupid i know. When i get the hots, all the blankets go off, then a after a while i feel the cold again, i put them back on, between that and trying to get my head right, plus back comfortable, i am surprised i still have a husband. Take care.

Hi Jill
I did have a microwave and could use the wrap around my neck, then the microwave decided to blow up, well that put pay to the wrap. I do warm a towel in a water bottle and put that around my neck at times, or wrap a thickish scarf around. Like you sometimes i do go around all day in my dressing gown, as i do not feel like getting dressed. I have got my pillow by the way, brilliant, from argos, i use in bed when my head is really bad, like rocks in my head, but also i put it in my chair when i get out of bed, it has become like a friend, i will have to think of a name for it. Keep well.x

I hope you all feel better soon! I know what you feel about not bothered to dressing - I like lounging around in my hoody and jeans :) It's comfortable to and most people at Uni look like they're on a cat walk or something. Really funny.
