Subject: feeling down
hi all sat in house alone feeling pretty crap so thought i have a moan legs are swollen again and really painful so cant walk about that much and i got the worse headache ever took pills but it wont go. back at gp tomorrow see if he got any suggestions as fed up with feeling like death,the good spell that i was having a couple of weeks ago as definitely come to a end, so ok thats my moan over hope everybody if feeling better than i am big hugs to every one lol:0(

(((((great big hug))))) u poor thing hope head a bit better. i always get head ache when aches bad tend to tence up then head ache comes lol. so keep warm be nice to your self read good book and rest till better take care .play games on face book to keep mind active

hi jill on tramadol and paracatomal cant take codeine as allergic to it think its the hydrotherapy thats caused all the aches and pains back there tomorrow so will tell them and see what they have to say lol

hi jill just a question are zomorph and oxicontin pain killers as my tramadol dont seem to be doing a great deal other than making me like a zombie the pain in my neck is really bad at min and giving me the most horrible headaches going to gp tomorrow so thought i might mention then but want to get my facts right first probably wont be pleased with me for asking about better pills but who gives a s***t lol :0(
