ok got my letter for app. with rhumey it says to take a sample in a small bottle what did u all use lol. come on need some ideas as would hate to look silly. have started a pain diary what kind of things should i put in it help please from one at the start of all this.

Hi Val just popped in ... ask the recepionist at your Docs surgery they'll give you a sterile container.. Re diary..Put in how stiff you are in the morning they ..only take you seriously if your stiff for over 20mins. All the joints that are sore as Jilley said big ouch when they touch them .. tell them when you swell up eg after walking.. doing house work... the fatigue.. not being able to sleep cos of pain etc. cant lift/carry heavy shopping.. hard to get dressed.. Anything and everything you can think off hun..Good luck and take care.xxxxx

good luck val tell them everywhere it hurts even if u feel like your going on a bit or they cant get a good picture of things. hope all goes well for u take care speak soon x

Yeah, ask your local Doctors and they'll give you a little thing, which is the most difficult things to 'do a sample' in anyway. When I saw the Rheumy for the first time, I had to 'do a sample' in a huge bowl. It was so funny I couldn't stop laughing! I was the size of a proper desert dish LOL!
