Subject: done it again
hi walked back from doc tues took it slow and called in hospital for blood test. then work in afternoon . helped put glass in bathroom window after t. wed went to town for breakfast(10min walk) called in couple of shops rest then work by 3.30 started feeling stiff and pain started stomach muscles so bad could not breath deep then knees and feet became swollen still swollen today even slippers tight lol so moral of story do not listen to head think what u can do then half it. end of moan sun out going to get some rays and sit with feet up

Let me know how the blood tests go... I can't find the post but did you say you had an appointment with the Rheumy? How did it go?

I'm a little scared about Uni...I'm all ready and I start 21st, but miss the first day of teaching on the 28th because I have to see the Rheumy! LOL. I hope things go okay, will be thinking of you. How have you been?
