Hi Jill and all
Seen physio about the pain in neck and shoulder. She states it has alot of inflammation around the the area, also muscle wastage. I must exercise through the pain, put hot and then cold on area.Will see me next week. She states it will go, when ?

Hi Lynn and all Thanks for the messages. Yes i am on Diazepam 15mg at night 15mg during the day, but i do try to cut down, 8 co-proxamol 40mgs Nortriptyline a night, anti-inflams, only when i have to because they affect my tum, cannot take any nsaids as they affect tum. Also Zantac for indigestion. They have tried me on other stronger pain killers, but i am hopeless,so i stick with what i know does not cause to many other probs.
