Hi Val,

Its hard for people to give in and relax, I was like that, but now I dont push myself if my body said to relax I do.. and when you are older you are set in your ways.. so with your mom being older she is set in her ways.. you cant change that no matter how you tried.. I have a mom like that as well, so I dont say anything any more I have learn the hard way, just be there when she needs you..

Val my feet use to blow up bad, the pain is dreadful....thank god mine arnt like that at mo...altho 2 years ago just b4 i began my Enbrel, they xrayed my feet and there was synoval fluid inflamation damage.....they synoval fluid we all have in our Bods, but when it becomes inflamed its that fluid that eats away at the joints! nasty huh? keep ya feet Up...tell ya Mum how bad u r...mb she doenst realise.... I just wrote a huge posting about Mums, parents etc.... and then i pressed a key on my board and I lost it grrrrrrr.... cant re type it all....but all I want to say to all U lucky peeps that still have their Mums.....is tell them always that U love em...providing they r nice that is lol.....my Mum and DAD WERE AMAZING, i WAS LUCKY, HAD A GR8 CHILDHOOD AND SHOWN SO MUCH LOVE AND CARE(OOOPS CAPS SOZ) anyway I lost my lovely Mum to breast cancer she was just 63, and two years later my dad died, whilst I was in hospital for 6 weeks, he died from a Brain tumour! still cant beleive it, feel like an orphan.... anyway, my point is, and dont mean to sound patronising, but love ya loved ones, I did always and I have no regrets, but I do envy peeps that still have their parents.... give Love and it will be returned in abundance! x( c, U )

Hi,

Was reading your posts regarding shoes. Someone introduced me to a brand I had never heard of - FLYFLOT. I have a few pairs now and I find them really really comfortable, even on bad days. Try looking for them on line.

Hi all. Yeh val I wear doc martins in winter. Boots and shoes very comfy. The boot I now find hard to put on. My hands sore. Got some doc martin sandles really comfy and roomy. Tend to wear them even in winter, with my dress looks quite trendy.
