Subject: back from my rhmer appointment ..

Hi All,

not long back from seeing my rhmer, lucky for me saw a different conultant! The bad news after having more x-rays ive been told i have damage in both my left foot and both wrists ..

the good news is ive been given steriods to try help n have to take normal painkiller n ive also been given calcium tablets.

Not sure how i feel about todays appointment yet.

Awwwwwwwwww Vicky (((((hugs for ya sweeeetie)))) vicky cant they give u better Meds? like the Anti TNF meds? i know u have other probs too.... but tht pain is terrrrible, how can u cope on regular painkillers? lots love ok Love Jill x

hi good news u saw differant comsultant,bad news about your wrists and foot did the consultant say anything about you seeing occupational therapist she can give u things to support your wrists when they are really hurting you they can be really helpful just a thought lol

hey thats a goood idea Sharon, forgot to mention that Vicky , I had some a while back.... do help a bit.... Sharon how r u lately...im trying to catch up on all the posts....but its making me dizzzzy lol

Jill, They have wrote my heart consultant in London again and have requested more blood tests to see what would be best e.g methrotrex e.c.t

Sharon, I have an appointment to see an occupational theropist coming tommorrow afternoon been sent from my GP (think hes fed up of me complaining!!)

hi jill feeling alot better still up at silly oclock again this morning but got over my run in with rheumy nurse got see my gp when i can be bothered for water tablets to help with my feet and apparantely i need sleeping pills i sometimes think we take one pill to counteract the first pill so not rushing to go had enough of medical profession at min take care of yourself and stop making yourself dizzy mtx does that for us hahaha lol

poor u can understand where u r coming from piller to post with lots of waiting rooms thrown in bright lights people every where and everyone knowing what best for u with out asking u. just when peace and quiet restfull places r what u need. but if it gets u back to fitness unfortunatly u will have to put up with it :-( .dont put off doc to long or this lot will nag u in the nicest way they r lovely
