Subject: Happy day

Just wanted to share, today I can move my leg and can actually walk properly!, I need a new hip and have been hobbling around with a flare up for the last 4 days so nice to move more freely although I know it wont last. Just wondering does anyone know just after a flare up is is best to take it easy or excercise?

Hi Jenny moderate excersise is always the best take it slowly and build up you'll soon find your limits.
I have had the hip op Took me about two months to get fully fit but that was because i had a slight complication. most people can be normailish within a month. I've never looked back,,, no more pain in the hip and I can walk normally without a limp.

Good luck.
