Hi Lynne, val and Della, remember when we spoke about out daft bad memeories ? well managed to finally c my gp without forgetting to go to the appointment LOL.... he wants bloods done again, and hes sending me for a friggging CT scan!! reason for this is ive had Acromegaly in the past.... and my dad had a terminal Brain Tumour two years after my Mum died from breast cancer... I wasnt worried until ive seen him and he wants a CT scan asap,,, thing is I was botherdby my crazy bad memeory, but not im dead scared.... sorry to worry u gals with it,..... I asked him about the MTX and enbrel, cos my memeory has got bad over two years, but far far worse for last 4 months.... I dunno.... he wants me also to think about my past relatives(lots of them have gone now) apart from my siblings... but he wants to know if any senile, althziermers etc in family!! Blomey...wish i hadnt gone.... anyway, will let u know wots wot and when apppt comes thru... still waiting to get on to sky and aol shld have cut us off by now,,,,but think we r still on....if this get to the forum anyway...take care... any others had CT scan and wot to axpect? didnt have time to ask him, also how long b4 results get bk??

Hi Jill u poor thing plz try not to worry although i would be exactly the same my hubby had a ct scan cause he kept getting really bad headaches for 2 years im sure they gave him the results on the day, hope all goes ok for you hun

thanks Lynne....feel a bit better about stuff today, guess hes just being thorough... after all the thyroid history and pituatry gland hsitory hasnt been good in my family....kinda felt final when he said think about hwo else has senile issues in my family....thats when I had to tell him that I lost my parents to cancers ten and 8 years ago... soon as I mentioned my dad , thats when he said CT needed.... anyway....feeel calmer today, best things get done than ignored... after all that is what I always say in here, " make sure u get checked out and not fobbbed offf" must say my GP is terrrrific!...¦How r u Lynne ?

im om Lynne, thx for asking....forgot another friggging eye appt....lol freaking out now...going camping sat for one week to cornwall Hayle Beach. its gorjus, even if its raining, il be sittting on there, or amy ass in the Pub LOL.... della thx for your kind words too...had big probs with trying to get the whole sky Package, phone talk, HD Broadband etc.... wot a cock up, cant ring out, only get incomiong callls, got no Sky channels in eithet multiroom... made at least 15 callls alll by mobile too!! sick of it all....hopefully will alll be sorted when I get bk from camping.... kids going to their Dads, and my eldsest looking after all the Pets... so just me and Mic going....Mind U.... ive got a whole Pod to myself,Told Mic no way am I sleeping in the same Pod as him(comes with two huge Pods to sleep in)double air bed, and im boosting my comfort by taking kingsize duvet, plus and extra one, jsut in case....I have to take my luxuries with me, pillows, rugs etc, candle lolol...hope it shines, thats all I ask.... hope your all welll gals...
