hi off work had a couple of days out and about been carefull not to go mad why then is every joint and muscle in my body screaming at me today sat with feet in warm water dont know wether to scream swear or cry sod this oa(good job not doing anything today :-(

Have you tryed Biofreeze ? I use it when my joint scream very loud

will do but not stamp feet as still a bit sore lol. just had a nap feel more normal. will paddle in the sea on sat when go to sea side 4 the day will freeze them wont hurt then.

I felt rather goood lasst week, now feel unwell, hip and elbow pain and feel sick.... very extremly tired too! eyes hurt also. FEDDDDDDDDD UP!!!!! GOT THE RIGHT HUMP TOO

u can stamp foot 4 both of us lol. mind u bit better today went to chesterfield had to keep stopping 4 rest lol but had good time . going pictures tomorrow no walking thank goodness. sea side sat to have paddle will freeze feet kill or cure lol take care thinking of u
