hi had yet another fall as came in back door this time got tangled in fly curtain tripped hit elbow on corner off wall and side of hand have jarred back and shoulder elbow works ok just bruised and swollen realy shuck me up

Sorry to hear that Val.. hope you feel better soon... I think I'm going to ask my Rheumy about this.. seems to be a wide spread problem. I though it was just me being clumsy.. obviously not. solasf Take care

hi thanks was in shock 4 while could not stop shaking and went very cold mind u i on the heavy side and when fell on elbow got whip lash all through body(well something like that)feel in pain all down right side which is my worst side lol got lovely bruise coming on elbow to match the rest

Awwwwhh Val lots of hugs sweettee. I've been checking out some of the blogs in the post tired and falling over (think you've been on that one. This seem more common than I thought it would be. Will definatley bring it up with my Rheumy now.

thanks feel much better boss was lovely asked if i wanted to go home then when i wanted to stay made sure a had a seat in case wanted to sit(only do 4 hours a day in shop) quiet this time of year so not hard will c how feel in morning small buisness dont like taking time off unless cant help it they so lovely to work 4 though told me in no way was i to go on any steps cant think why lol thanks 4 support it helps so much

hi all apart from a few more bruises did not know i had feeling ok today thanks 4 suport yesterday was a bit freeked out think over did it monday walked to docs and back yesterdat felt not quite off balance and not blured eyes but both not quite normal nothing could put finger on very strange. any way will go to work. love it and want to work while able to who knows what the future holds :-) might break something next week the way things going lol THANKYOU AGAIN means so much to have support out there

Hi Val Pleased your feeling a little bettrer. Did you say you get blurred eyes. But not all the time. I get that, mine is caused by my eyes not produceing enough tears so they dry out a little distorting my vision. It's easily sorted with some eye drops (false tears). My optician found this out when I went for a routine eye test, he wrote a letter to my rheumy, that's when he diagnosed sjorgens syndrome or siccs (I put a post up about it a few days back). Have you had an eye test recently? Take care lovvveee

think it was about a year a go will c how i go waiting 4 blood test back might throw up some thing thanks 4 tip will keep eye on it helps when u know these things out there u can catch it early then

hi got up this morning right shoulder so pain full right hip hurts been in bath no better going back to bed (phoned work feel so guilty) will talk again when feeling better SOD this arth. fed up to day della hope u doing better girl have few tears 4 me as well take care all have pain free day :-)

hi up date slept well last nite which was a bit of a shock as slept all afternoon yesterday and feel more my happy self lol still a bit black and blue but can cope with that. in hind sight should have gone hospital when first fell as was quite bad but did not feel up 2 4 hour wait u know how it can be .we live and learn (or not in my case)

bit stiff but anti inflam kicked in so movement back hip more painfull always goes when trip been like it years few days on anti inflam and gets better. how u doing today any better?????

weather stayed great till time to get back on train sat by the water in the sun having dinner and little drink heaven. glad u doing ok why u got the hump who up setting u
