Good luck Della

I am going the opposite way my son has brought his leash and is taking me to Bridlington for a walk down the Prom. If I promise not to bite anyone he will take off the leash in permitted areas :-)*

So I going to bark at Wayno before I go should I have a crab salad or fish and chips at lunch time. Plaese allow a treat of greasy fish and chips with sea salt and vinegar and a sea view lololololololololololololololololololololololol

Have a nice day!

the eating of treats is a damaging way of allowing yourself excuses.
if we live the lifestyle of a whole foods diet the issue would never come into your head as these things would be seen as very damaging not just for your health but for the bridge it gives to allow bad habits and poor diet to creep back into your life.
this is just an opinion and is in no way meant to be an attack on your diet.
please enjoy your salty fish and chips and have a super day out.

yes val that sort of thinking is a good safety net if you choose to use it but on the other hand it may help to trigger more unhelpful disease that not only ruins any chance of you having any quality time but also brings those final days much closer.
not sure why we always see our time ending on a certain day at a certain time with no thought for the consequences inbetween?
i know im being a terrible bore again but not sure id enjoy those chips?

Val u know what i do when I fancy some chips? I bake a jacket Potatoe, and then drip vinegar over it, with low sodium salt... Yum , as I have recently decided that its the Vinegar on chips that make me feel hungry for them, anyway, stops my craving.... only prob is, when your at seaside, those chips smelll good...Moderation is the key, hope ya legs ok x

i enjoy baked potatoes too but tend to hollow out the soft potatoe and fill with some nice stir fried onion, mushrooms, pepper, tomato, and herbs, served with chicken and a nice full ranging salad.
or whatever but i dont eat the middle of the potatoe as theres almost no beneficial nutritional value in there.
low sodium salt is a good alternative but is no alternative to a no sodium diet and those of us that are over weight should pay particular attention to their sodium intake.
