hi this is just in case u can not sleep again hope u taking it easy b nice to your self give your self a treat from time to time. start right now if u still up and cant sleep put some warm water on a bowl and soak your hands for 5 mins then gently massage some nice hand cream in should relax u a bit hope u sleep through and dont need this message :-)
