dec-march has been very bad this year and i attribute it to the lack of vitamin d.
could be wrong but i know i feel so much better in the sunshine.
came back form spain early this year set out footings and drive jcb on a major earthwork we have done for an extension to a half buried house we built.
ended up working on it and dragging myself around site in the mud tying steelwork off and pouring concrete.
worse thing i think i ever did, got me really low and killed productivity in other areas for me , might as well of stayed in spain and earnt nothing, would of been better off physically and financially.
will never come back early again.

if sunshine was a drink or tonic and someone took it away from you, you would go crazy.
best to try and seek it wherever you can.

it was only a point?
shame you cant see what one of your main problems is, you come on here and talk about it but are still unable or unwilling to accept you need to change your enviroment?
incredible.
do you really have to keep suffering in the cold?
and as for i cant afford it and all that bollocks, can you afford not to?
wonder what them toxic meds are doing for your skin jill?
if you got out in the sun year round you might be able to break your dependency.
conchas gruesas de mierda!!!!!!!!!!!
