look at arthritus care lots of booklets on all aspects of arthritus very good information on diet exersise and pain relief worth a look if u have not already

I like reading murder mystries...crime and the like... forensic stuff etc... helps me fall asleeep lol... but i do enjoy the forensic stufff. and murder investigations! im almost an expert on it....watch out wayno LOl...dellla and val hiya gals, hope your ok...trying to catch up on all the blogs on here... taking ages... lots happened.... I had a marvelous weekend off, hope u all did too, also I see that I have an imposter using me name Innit!...ok guys enufff is enufff...
