hi just fell off chair in garden never learn got lovely bruise on knee came straight up. can feel u asking what the heck was i doing on chair in first place??? well cloths prop broke washing line was to low so thought would b 2 second job to wrap it round couple more times so could put washing out never learn trouble with feeling much better i forget to take care silly me (not telling oh he would not be pleased) :-( and jared back time will tell on that but might have set it off again as i said oops

thanks not to bad lovely bruise on knee. thought back would be bad as jared it quite bad and normally it goes easy but fingers crossed ok so far tabs or diet or exercise must b working :-)
