Fish oil can help and sometimes watching what you eat as certain foods can aggravate. Splints or supports on wrists can also help.

Really wish I had an answer but it seems there is little that really makes a difference,I have found that wearing cashmere wrist warmers beneficial and comforting though as they are soft and non restrictive. Turtle Doves or eBay. I can't write legibly any more but do use dictation tools on my laptop. Wrist splints may help but I found they made my wrists sore .Initially I found it horrible not to be able to sign forms or fill them in but now I just say I have arthritis , could they help and any scribbled signature seems to be accepted. If you are a gardener it is difficult too but I have been given Burgon and Halls Ergo DeadHeader and love being able to do a bit again.
