I watched the long sales pitch and jotted down all the ingredients. I've bought a strong version of all of them separately. Into day 3 and no obvious improvement but I know it's early days.
New Years resolutions to include remembering to take regular supplements, concerted effort at weight loss and daily exercise and stretching. If no improvement I may be heading back to my GP. She might call me in anyway as I contacted her about medical for job.

Hi carol, did a bit of google to find ingredients in joint 360 wasn't easy to find. Here we go

Black Pepper Extract
Tumeric
Boswellia Serrata Extract
Type II Collagen
Hyaluronic Acid
Reseveratrol

You will have to look up what qualities this would have to help you.
I hope this helps.

Please stay safe x

They do say that they give 100% if it doesn't work.I'm trying a different one (more expense) Joint Sure has 200mg of Turmeric, which is fsirly average, I'm taking Vitabright Organic Turmeric Curcumin + black pepper + ginger capsules contain a whopping 1,260mg Circumin,100mg ginger and 20mg pepper. So I swallow and wait and see.

Hope that work for you Val.
I am so bad at consistently taking these, especially as I rattle so much on top of prescribed meds that I take.
Just an observation, my elderly dog gets stiff and arthritic, so much so her back legs are rigid and won't bend. I use doggy joint tablet called Jointsure and this contains Green lipped mussel, Glucosamine, Natural Chondroitin, Hyalauronic Acid, Vitamins A and C and Manganese. The difference is a great improvement and very noticable. She goes from Rigor Mortis to spring lamb. I wish I could find something so effective.
Trouble is I give dog tablets regularly and not myself.
