HI guys.. I'm having a blonde moment.. could someone tell me what lol means.. My friends and I use LOL as short for: lots of love.. But people in the forum seem to use it to signify something else.. ??????

Yes I used to use it as lots of love to, until one of my friends told me it was "laugh out loud", I used to put hahaha for that!!
I felt a right pratt when I realized lol.
