Hi I've had Ra for 4 years been on 3 different infusions and after 2 months ma body rejects the infusions and creates antibodies. Does anyone else have this problem as I'm in pain yet again after ritixamub in August and was told the results should last to December and be pain free 2 months in im in pain again but feel ma rheumatology nurse thinks I'm lying i feel totally let down by the system sorry for the long post I just need to vent

Hi Jody, Did you just start Rituximab in August? if so it can take 4 months for it to work, it did in my case as I thought it wasn't going to work at all and I had also been on enbrel before that. It can take a while to get something to suit. x

hi Jody , sorry you are having problems , I was on rituximab but they changed it because I needed so many joint replacements , it was the best biologic I tried but on Xeljanz now which is a tablet . we have had RA a long time , I am 25 years & know lucy is not that far behind , I was never pain free & try to know when I need to rest to protect my joints , you will need to protect your joints & hope one day they will find a treatment that works but until that think of pain as your friend telling you when to rest

Hi, I want to share my story. My name is Jillie, 65 y.o suffered from chronic arthritis both of my hips and both of my wrist and the lower part of my back for over 25 years.
