Hi, I am not sure what could be causing you to feel dizzy and having balance problems.

I have neck and back problems, including back surgery. I have never experience what you are explaining.
I hope you get sorted soon.
Just a thought have you been checked for vertigo sounds similar and it is very unpleasant and is treatable.
Take care.

Hi Lol, I sometimes feel a bit dizzy, not sure if it is coming from my neck/shoulder or ears. I know when I press onto my shoulder it is sore. xx

I've been having balance problems and dizzy spells for a while. I went to my GP who referred me to ENT. It turns out I have Meniers Disease and it's not related to my arthritis and I'm now on medication for it. Don't know if this helps as I originally thought it was due to the arthritis in my neck.
