Subject: Re: Night Night Bricky

great to hear that your feeling well val.
i posted this in an earlier message but i feel it very important so im going to touch on it again.
the feeling you described in your post happens to us all sometimes ,i hope? and is a great way for me to draw your attentions to a observation i made.
if you are walking ok today then surely your feet have the potential to be well again and even more than that are not so badly damaged and will one day be pain free.
sorry i dont know if your badly disabled so im only pointing this out to draw attention to the point and its in no way meant to be a comment on your condition or attitude.xx
its to make us all realise the positives of our condition the sparks that can and will help you reduce your pain.
surely this is a point of hope for us all and can drive us on to tackle this disease?
i believe the problem is predominantly in the realm of the mind, i have a car but if the computer that controls it goes wrong i dont go wrenching on the nuts on the engine or taking the wheels off!
i truly believe the power of the mind needs to be harnessed again in us all.
we have become lazy ,distracted and generally unhealthy in the way we live our lives.
lets start by getting the diet right not nearly right but right!!! then lets move onto the mind with meditation and introspection with the help of things like eft too.
only then in my humble opinion will we see results.
its working for me guys and its damn hard work but its working.
its taken over 18 months of hard work but the results are remarkable and the difference its made to me as a human being are without doubt the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.
im unbelievely productive now and from a guy that came from the wrong side of the tracks ,son of a miner in north notts its been a quantum leap.
i now run a charity in benin in west africa where all our overstock clothes are sent over to be distributed to the poor locals,i also back this project with my own cash too.
who would of thought that?
the way forward is not a cure!!!! BUT its how i control whats happening to me! not by letting whats happening to me control me.

i tend to agree with quite a lot of that .i have ostioarthritus (wear and tear ) since being diagnosed have changed diet types of exercise ect always kept brain active.working on getting weight down which will help (doc not said anything but know its not helping) most of problems caused by problem with back which i dammaged when in my 20s. but i will over come it it does not matter where u come from but what u put into the world while u r here even a smile and 5 mins of your time can make a big difference to those around u.

Subject: Re: Night Night Bricky

we should always remember that the human body is a wonderful thing and repairs its self thousands of times a second!
it can heal its self and even repair damage we have caused through our lifestyles.
why then cant it heal some of the damage caused by arthritis and other diseases?
i always struggle with the fact we call arthritis a disease when there is no foreign body invading our systems?
anyway.....why do we give up on ourselves so very easily?
lets just say as an example that you should have a poorly child who unfortunatly has a so called terminal illness.
you would try with your last breath to give that child ever chance of pulling through.
it would have the best of everything you could give that you thought would help in however small a way including diet.
now because the child is young and innocent and being robbed of life we make herculean efforts to make a difference but when it comes to our own health we let ourselves suffer in agony because "its only me"!
"ill get over it we say " as we get more disabled and more in pain.
yeah weve had a life and made our choices so that automatically seems to make it alright that we go to the scrap heap early cos were headed that way anyway?
COME ON PEOPLE!!!!!!
we have got to approach our own disease with the same gusto we attack the illness in children.
its not ok for you to be ill and in pain!!!!
get that into your heads and focus on ridding yourself of your illness.
attack it from every angle and get serious about being healthy!!!
the mind is the key you have to make that distinction to be able to understand where im coming from.
one day all illness will be treated with the mind first and foremost.

I don't mean this to be personal wayno but are we to assume that u are financially secure as i would love to be able to live abroad for months but to me that is just a dream what ever myself and my hubby have we have to struggle for especially as i'm not working now. i don't mean that you haven't worked hard for what u have but some of us obviously struggle more than others i mean i could no way afford to eat organic it is too expensive even to eat really healthy i find it expensive i like jill have young kids teenagers who eat me out of house and home i just couldn't afford some of the things u suggest. have a good day everyone x

i do ok della but i have positioned myself where work and play are one and the same thing.
i work 24 hours a day and i play 24 hours a day.
i dont live by 9-5 and sometimes forget what day it is as there all the same to me ,fun enjoyable and the only thing that matters in that time is that im as happy as i could possibly be.
im self employed so thats where i get away with it but the internet is great for making money ,day or night.
you can actually live on very little if you try.
if you concerntrate on buying good food, shopping around and cutting out all the modern day nonsense it really is very cheap to live.
life always get in the way if you let it ,its a great excuse to remain the same.
fair play if you cant afford organic grow your own ! get an allotment and get the kids to dig it!
or just buy the normal stuff but wash it all very carefully.
cut out the bread ,cake, crisps and the snacks the fizzy pop and alcohol and there would be nothing in your basket when you came out the supermarket!
this garbage is so expensive in its own right but we seem to like killing ourselves with it.
structure your meals. 3 a day and thats it!
we only eat such crap as crisps because we eat so poorly at meal times.
pile the veg on pile it high and fill up on it. it is food you know.lol
weve become so accustom to this tinned processed rubbish that we sometimes forget that.
we all need to educate ourselves about food and stop eating so much rubbish, its killing you for god sake!lol

yes i have a small company that builds houses for people, mainly one offs and self build.
i have a group of guys that do most of the physical for me now but ill be out in the morning trying to build a wall i need to finish, the guys mix the compo and stick me in front of the wall with the trowel.lol.they do the hard work and i just lay brick.
i also have a roof to put on which ive been dreading but the guys and my twin bro will help me with.
im givin it up in the autumn and as i said going to spain for the winter .
one of the reasons for giving up is to get on the continent and build my way around the world.
there is nothing in the building trade i dont do to a very high standard from computer aided design and structural calculations to actually setting buildings out on the ground, digging the foundations and building the structure top to bottom.
the only thing i dont do so well is internal woodwork but my bro has a flair for that.
ive literally built hundreds of houses from plan and now i see this as my future and motivation to get to a stage with my illness where im able to move on to my own designs and built myself some super bad low down concrete and glass boxes in the sunshine.
who knows? i have a passion for architecture and its my aim to build a house on every continent!!
i also love the beautiful natal coastline in brazil and im in negotiation with a friend to buy a piece of land from him to build something out there.
its sooo cheap!!!

now that cant be a bad way of retiring and working all in one.
