hi good morning hope every one enjoying some sun shine and had pain free night. joints improving (took long enough this time) stomache well wont go there but stopped tabs on sat so should fingers crossed settle down dont need that bad as well think would knock smile off my face. enough with change, arther.dust allergys feel like falling to bits. enough of the moan enjoy a lovely day one and all.
