Hi guys just a thought as I was messaging Val who has very painful feet! My sister is a Reflexologist, she works on the feet, massaging certain areas, now if u look at the bottom of the foot, in relexology terms there are certain parts of the foot for example the heel maybe to do with the stomach, the arch mb helps thyroid, the side of the toes is to help the heart... the chinese have done this method 4 thousans of years... this massaging helps u relax, and can help in certain areas of ill health... its not a cure, but its lovely having it done... I havnt had mine done for a while, as she lives miles away, My sister also works in a Hospice, and she massages the people there that r terminal sadly with cancer, and they love having that done, takes the mind off their illness, just for a while....

I am just about to get my feet done now as my friend is a reflexologist.Sometimes it really helps my foot pain and can make you feel very sleepy and relaxed if you are one of the many who suffer from probs at night(we ve all been there).
