Subject: Help for flare up

Hi Everyone,

I've had rheumatoid arthritis for 21 years and osteoarthritis for 8 years. I've had my right wrist replaced in 2016 but for the past month I have been suffering from flare ups. I'm trying to work but it's making it really difficult and I'm having to take time off.

I am taking a fair bit of medication and wondered if anyone had any ideas for what I could do to help get rid of this current flare up?
