Hi Chrissy, I was going to ask the same question as Colin and ask what you take to control your arthritis as morphine etc will help the pain but not stop your joints getting damaged. Have you tried any of the biologics? You need to speak to your rheumatologist and see that they can offer x

Is tocizilamab the first biologic you have been on Chrissy and do you think it is helping you? If you feel you need the morphine then maybe it's time to ask if another biologic would be more helpful. Keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on x

christine , I was on tocizilamab before rituxamab , it works on Interleukin 6 (IL-6)& that is the protain they use to check your blood inflation ie: CRP & ESR when I was on it my CRP was 0.2 but my jointswas still inflammed , it is one of the better biologics but its the same as the one I am on now Tofacitinib , & having a nice hot red knee & very low bloods myself I would talk to your consultant & maybe change your biologic & try Ritixumab which is a b-cell treatment
