I have artritis in both wrists.A few years ago i suffered a heart complaint.My wife read about Q 10 helping to strengthen heart mucle etc, so i started taking 1 100mg captule a day. After a few months i realised the pain in my wrists had decreased dramaticly. Now the pain is virtually non existant.I mentioned this to my doctor, and he said a lot of people swear by Q10. It has changed my life for the better. You can buy the captules in tescos and various other places.

William , some times these things work with one person & not with other , known a few that had problems with Q10 , other thing if you take drugs like Methotrexate , be careful they dont interact with your drugs , some like St.John Wort do

Hello William. That's wonderful news, I'm always looking for alternative and what nature provides. Although we do have Q10 in our system it can dramatically deplete when the body has either a heart condition or any other disease. Thank you for sharing this.
