Subject: Am 40 years old and diagonised with osteoarthritis this week need support and advive

Hi there guys am emma have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis I have it in my knees fingers hips feet and my spine. The spine is the worst I think as always in pain and find it hard to do a lot. Am seeing the back and spine specialist on the 19th October would like them to get x rays and scans so know way is going on tbh am scared of wat damage I have. The disease is in the family and so is osteoporosis. Any advice on how to approach the specialist on making sure I get these scans done would be appreciated. Ty x
