Subject: To drink or not to drink?

My friend tells me that drinking ANY type of coffee is bad for arthritis I only drink de caffeinated black. Not that many times a day.
Is this acceptable or do I need to think about giving it up? My other drink is green tea.

There was research done in Finland that said Coffee was a marker for RA. In the same quote they said they did not know what causes Arthritis and there is no cure. So who knows what the truth is.
If you want to make your own judgement cut coffee out of your diet and see if it makes a difference,
I have cut so many things out of my diet and I have to say I have not noticed any difference.
Some say their diet changes have helped.
I sit on the fence really. What helps one does not help another.
Take care and I hope this is some sort of help.

Drink water, plenty of it. A pint BEFORE breakfast is a great way to start the day.

"Pee that RA away!"
