Subject: CBD Hemp Oil
Hi Folks, 30 years with Psoriatic Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis here (female, 45) and have tried all sorts of natural remedies along with all the chemical meds. I recently (yesterday) heard about CBD hemp oil being very helpful for chronic pain relief. Anyone out there have any experience with this stuff? It's legal in Ireland but I don't know about the UK.

Hemp has lots of nutritional value, but I'd rather have it from the seeds.

Friend of mine got some for his dad in the latter stages of cancer and from what he told me he had to be careful getting hold of it so not sure on the legality but apparently supposed to be very "helpful" stuff
