Subject: Arthritis and Physical Activity Research Project
Do you have arthritis and regularly exercise? Or is your arthritis stopping you from being active and mobile?
Either way, I would like to hear from you. My name is Emily Hunt and I am a PhD research student at Loughborough University. I want to find out about the different experiences of arthritis and physical activity. The long-term aim of this research is to promote physical activity and improve well-being for people with arthritis. But to do this I need to first understand what it is like to live with arthritis and the daily challenges you face.
