Id consult a podiatrist, maybe you need arch supports, ones Particularly for yourself, plus a shoe with a good quality sole, fits firmly across the bridge but doesn't come to a point where the toes settle, a 'squarer' fit, otherwise it might well mean Sandles just to get you by. You can buy spacers, boots sell them, I use one with my right big toe, that's very arthritic, but what initially feels like an improvement soon goes back to pain again, all depends how advanced your arthritis is, and how professional an opinion you can get, best, Barry

Thanks for replying Barry. I will ask at my next appointment if they will refer me to a podiatrist. I've been looking online to see if I can find something to keep it straight, one toe in particular is very bent and it's causing a corn inbetween my toes. Thanks again.
