Hi Phil Ok, Im on tablet Methtrexate, didnt realise u cld get injection methtrexate, I dont know Arava, from what I read on here, most of us are on Methtrexate tablets, and Enbrel Injections, I get tired after i take my Sunday dose, hurts when I inject, and i do feel sick next day, take mine last thing at night on sunday) Regards your pain, it isnt under control, Im not a Doc, but I do know that co cod alone isnt enough to stop the pain, I use to take morphine patches, but now have ZOMORPH, they really do help, sometimes pain does get thru, and its bad, but I couldnt cope at all with out them....had your Doc prescribed Oramorph(it lasts two hours only after taking it) I use that as a last resort tho, again makes me feel sick, but if the pain is bad, I will accept the side effects....Seems your arthritis is severe, as it affects multiple joints, You really do need to go back and see your Gp or your Rhumatologist, u need decent pain relief, on top of my taking Zomorph (100 day and 100 night) so I am on a lot of morphine, plus co cod, but I know co cod alone wld not help me and I would be screaming in agony, Please go see someone, the fact u hold down a job is amazing, let Us all know how u get on ok Jill
