Hi Lol, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having a hard time of it lately. I don't really know anything about your condition. If the consultant has said it will settle down then that's good. That's the problem with steroids, they are very effective but they do have side effects and it sounds like it's more important that you get your condition under control first. Perhaps someone that knows something about this condition will come on and advise. Hope you feel better soon. xx

thank you for bothering to answer and for your support felt really low when no one answered I went to see the consultant on thur he has reduced my tablets and said he will see me in 3mths said he cant take me off them as my adrenal glands are not working and I will be on them for life it is just getting the right dose and it will take time said my symptoms will come back for a week or two until my body gets used to the lower dose. which is balance and dizzy spells very tired but just have to go with it. I suffer from inflammatory arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis I am on steroids and methotrexate thank you again

Oh that's good, Lol, that he has reduced them. Once he knows the dose that suits you things should settle down. I know it's horrible what we have to put up with but what can we do. Keep your chin up, Lol, you will get there. Keep in touch. xx

The hydrocortisone should help your joints, lol. I hope the next week or two isn't too rough.
