Subject: Falling down when my knees give way
I suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees,both hips and both hands,my muscles in both legs contantly ache and my knees give away causing me to fall,does anyone else have this problem

Hi Bill, I don't have this problem but my mum did. I remember her saying that keeping the muscles strong was key to prevent falling, though in the end she couldn't manage to do that due to her level of pain. Have you seen a physio or been referred to a falls clinic? They might be able to help you.
