High, gotta draw your attention to the super foods of the future, or right now, even, nuts, a couple of Brazil nuts a day, small handful cashews, same again walnuts, pecans a little dearer, but just as much fun, munching away, but the health content is mind blowing, especially walnuts, best I've found around so far are in LidL's, always great as a breakfast starter, washed down with a spoonful of blackstrap mollases, enjoy, barry

Mollases can raise blood pressure, so should be consumed in moderation. Mixed with lemon juice would enable the body to absorb the iron contained within. I would try an alternative, as its sugar. The nuts are perfect, good source of selenium.
