Hi all I am a designer working in Cornwall, Uk. My current project is to create a set of aid tools for around the home to help with fiddly everyday task without them looking too much like hospital equipment. Please fill out this survey to help me with my initial stage of research. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/MXBGLGT Many thanks, Luke Taylor

Would be lovely to have nice looking trendy brightly coloured items that don't look like aids but just funky appliances instead of the hospital style elderly patient style ones you get! I have to hide them away in cupboards as even thou I need to use them I'm embarrassed by them and hate the 'oh my nan has one of those' style comments from friends. I've done your survey (on the question where it says which parts of the body do you suffer with. You might want to add a 'all of the above' answer as for most of us it's all our joints not just hands or shoulders etc.

Hi Emily! Thankyou so much for your comments, this is exactly the stigma i am trying to combat in the new designs. I will update the survey with this added option! thankyou so much again for your insight. If you could do me one final favour and spread this survey to some people you know who will also benefit from my work.
