Subject: ChondroFiller liquid for feet?

Hi, I have recently been told that the cartilage in my right foot has worn down and they are wanting to fuse the joint by cutting the cartaledge away on both bones until they bleed and then screw the bones together while the fusing takes place.
Has anyone heard of ChondroFiller liquid in the UK and what results people have?
