Hi I had a knee replacement dec 2014 and was really glad I had it done you have to do your exercises it really helps it is not pain free but it's something you can cope with and you will get a good support team if you do have any problems why are you having it done mine was arthritis I was on steroid injections for a year and it was a nightmare not knowing when they were going to wear off glad to put all the behind me you will be fine Lol
