Subject: Natural supplements

Hi, does anyone have any experience of using natural supplements to help with joint pain?I'm not great at taking tablets so someone recommended Litozin+ to me as they come in sachet form and I would only need to take one a day. Just wondering if anyone has tried it before.
Thanks

This appears to be rose hips and Vitaman C and quite pricey at that. I have never heard of this being helpful for joint pain.

This is also a new one on me. If you want to take a supplement ask your Gp or Rhumey team what they would suggest is best for you. You should make sure what ever you take doesn't interfere with anything else you may be taking.

Take care

Hi,

This is not strictly natural supplements. However, there is an oil I have been using. It is natural, and helps alot with my Arthritis problems....

You can find it here:

http://www.mothersgrace.com.au/

Take a look at it.

Just to let you know, I am not affiliated in any way with this company, however I have purchased and used their products, and it has helped me with my arthritis.

Regards
