Hi think I have an arthritis flare up got dull ache in knee can't put weight on it it can't be fibro as fibro different pain I suppose it could be friction syndrome flare up going to doctor tomorrow

Hi Laura, sorry to hear you are having problems.Try a hot water bottle on the knee. Drs sounds the best bet. Good luck with it hopefully they can shed more light on it for you. Tae care and let us know how you get on x

Hi I went to gp today they think its a sprained ligament I'm not convinced I'm going to try and go to flare clinic

Hi Laura, I think you should try your rheumy team. Do you have a phone number for the nurse? So what did your gp suggest for you??
It is such are hard disease for all of us I am an OA sufferer and have been since my 30s ( not just for oldies ).
Take care Laura go knock on those doors until you get a correct diagnoses x
