Subject: Electric treatment

A company , here in France... (Centre de Phisiotherapie La Fontaine)tried to sell me an electric device costing 4,000 euros. They claimed it would stop the effects of arthritis.
Can such things work?

I would be most interested to hear.

Thank you

What does this electric device claim to do. Is it a Tens Machine? If it is they work for some but not others. This is the same with most things on the market.
Just make sure you do lots of research. It would help is you knew what the machine was then maybe someone else could give you some good advice.
Take care

Thanks.

It is interferential (?)

It seemed incredibly expensive ,for something that may or may not do any good.

Someone bought one of those over at lunch when my shoulder was very bad, before I knew it was RA. This women's husband had used it for a muscular injury and swore it worked.

It did nothing for me whatsoever.
