Hi folks, Im getting pain in my calf, dull achy pain. Has anyone else suffered with this?

Hi Linda yes I started with pains in my calf last week and it turned into a full blown flare, still in pain today. Hope yours is not a flare coming on, it could be a strain if you have walked too far.

Thanks Julie, not walked that much I dont think, been off work all week, been a bit lazy :-). Saw the podiatrist on mon... gave me exercises to do! which Ive not done really.. Cant decide if it's coming from my knee. :-/

Hi Linda, I sometimes get calf pain too. I always feel like I have to stretch my legs and it helps a bit. Have you tried a massage? x

Hi rhona, no I've not tried massage, although it's not been so bad the last day or so. I've been doing some of the stretches the podiatry gave me. I guess it's just another thing we have to endure! Thanks for your reply x
