Hi I had esr results back it says 30 and high but mo action, I went with joint pain also have. vitimin d level of 35 and on injections for b12

hi Sandy , CRP is a better result to go by , the ESR varies from person to person & you cant compare them but they are good when looking at your other ESR results

do you know what your CRP was ?
