Subject: I have arthritis so bad in my right foot where it was damaged a few yrs. ago that I have a (feels like a growth)what ever and it is growing across the arch of my foot now. I really don't have an arch anymore

Annette hi, you don't say if you have seen your GP or not. It is the first step to make and as Bsk suggests an X-ray.

Osteoarthritis can cause bone spurs maybe this could be what you are feeling.
