Subject: Hello, Thank you & goodbye
Hi guys, I'm just wanting to say thanks for your support over the past weeks. Turns out my initial diagnosis was wrong and I actually don't gave IA as thought but I do have Hypermobility. I hope you all get the help and support you need. As I don't have arthritis I'm going to say goodbye. X

Hypermobility is often a precursor of inflammatory arthritis.

Thanks May, I've just received my letter and it does say Hypermobility with possible evolving RA. Would I still be welcome on this site?

hi Rachie , most people with Hypermobility joints tend to get better in there late 20s , my son has or had it & fibromyalgia which tends to go with it as for RA , they took two years to tell me I had RA even though my bloods come back positive , it varies from consultant as to what they think & how they treat arthritis , please tell us how you are getting on , be good to here if someone on here is improving

Hello welcome back, I would stick with us here, any arthritis is complicated, had mine years and am still learning, what ever title you give it, it seems unmanagable most of the time. I think we get good advice and support on here in fact I was telling an ankle surgeon about it only yesterday and he thought it was a good idea as only those of us with it really understand the pain. Good luck with it all, Rachie x
