Subject: singing to release tension
Does anyone else find that singing helps their pain? I am not a good singer but when I am in pain I like to sing to release the tension even although my partner thinks I sound like a cat screeching but I think it helps to take my mind of it.

Yup! There's a lot of evidence that singing is good for people's well-being. I find it all quite funny. Perhaps someone could start a new topic telling jokes or funny stories. I would start one but I can never remember any jokes.
