121 Fitness is a gym in Newton Abbot Devon in the Queens Hotel nearly opposite the railway station. It's been opened since 2nd of January I've been going since had confirmation from drs and consultation in February they set up a program that suits you, you start with induction with staff that is trained and are around to help and check if you are ok.
They have these electronic chairs that gone through a range of exercises and toning tables gone through range of movement. Ihave seen various people with crutches, wheelchairs etc. the machines take the gravity pressure and helps with weight loss or getting back into shape. Hello. I own a place in Newton Abbot called HIPSHAPE which has toning tables, they are really good at hugely reducing the pain of arthritis, and helping the body become more mobile too. I know it's not a cure, but when we closed for two weeks over Christmas, many customers cursed us on our re opening because their pains had returned and they had siezed again.
