Subject: mmmm.....
just seen an advert on tv where all the pensioners are doing the twist and i realised that my hips would not let me do that at 43!! I have so got used to this bad back over the years that i didn't really realise how restricting it is, not that i want to do the twist but being able to crouch down to low cupboards would be useful!! Just venting!!

hi and i know how you feel oa in hip and herniated l5 s1 and would love to get on the floor or even reach up lol

Hi Suszannah, jsut reading about your herniated L5 disc, cant u have that shaved off? my best m8 had a terrible Herniated disc, which damaged her nerve in the end, however, surgeon shaved the bit that was sticking out...havnt they suggested that Op for you, to get you out of that terrible pain? good luck love Jill xx

hi hun, no they said the most pain is coming from hip and hoping this injection may work, so far so good but sometimes i feel it catching again i hope it's not wearing off already :( the back pain is not so bad it aches a lot but used to that, when hip is really bad i find it hard to cope......here's hoping :)
