Hi Mary

Welcome, this is a good place to be for support and info...I have Reiters disease(inflamatory arthritis) very similar to R.A. same medications etc... How do you cope on a day to day basis? are you on Methtrexate? Enbrel? I am on those and feel much better, less pain at times, but still get flare ups... anyway we are good listeners too, so if your having a Bad day, scream and shout, Plus we even have fun banter on here too

Im in east sussex, Nr Battle of Hastings...my family are from Scotland, and I use to go school in Polbeth, west calder, Many Moons ago LOL

yes i am on methotrexate and have tried enbrel and the last one was the rituximab infusion but the disease is not under control hence the reason i am trying the new treatment( fingers crossed that it helps).
i am not coping to well at the moment, shoulders are bad at the moment...had a few moments of feeling sorry for myself ,raging and tears through the night!!! But am feeling a bit more like myself this morning.so off now to have a shower and see the drs.
keep well and hope i will be back on later

Hi Mary

(((Hugs 4 u))) know that feeling so well, I had both my shouders operated on, due to Impingment and spurs growing, def much better, altho sometimes my shoulders hurt in bed, however, I must tell you about my V pillow LOL, telling everyone on here, the support of my V pillow has helped me so much, especially for my neck and the V part behind me, I tuck it under my back and it supports my Thorasic spine also...

take care ok

Love jill
